We test all our games prior to sale. We will make every effort to remove stickers, writing, and general crud from the game, box, and instructions. In some cases, removal of these things could cause damage to the item's label...or worse. In those circumstances, we leave well enough alone.
We believe in the preservation of video game history. Sometimes when we buy games, there will be little reminders of the previous owners. For instance, a receipt (all personal info removed, of course) that shows you where this game has been along its journey to you. Or a hand-written list of codes that has somehow survived the years. In those instances, we may choose to pass along these little pieces of history to you to do with what you will.
