Cartridge only. So here's the deal: Phase Zero was a Jaguar exclusive that was in development by Hyper Image Productions with a planned release date of September 1995. Atari halted the project (and everything else, for that matter) and that was that. Luckily for you and me, a playable prototype was published on cartridge in 2002 (notice the back of the cart isn't stamped with the "Atari" name). This has been tested and works great!
